The Purpose of this Blog

Every year we have some great events here at Davenport!  Sometimes they go off without a hitch, and sometimes we find that there are things that could be better.  This blog will serve a couple different purposes.  Firstly, to hand out kudos/pats on the back!  We all put our heart and soul into our jobs and it is nice to here some positive thoughts every once in a while.  Secondly, it never fails that the next year when we go to plan the event that we forget about problems from the year before.  This will be a place where we can constructively list some things that might need to be changed.  I hope you all enjoy!!!
